The Illustrating Leadership Summit:
For Rising Leaders Ready to Unlock Their Confidence,
Stop the Hustle, and Lead with Clarity.
Hosted by Jessica Wright
October 6 - 10, 2025
You’re an inspiring or new leader
who really gives a damn.
And you want to show up for your organization, business, or community every day with confidence, with care, and with conviction.
You believe in your work and your people, and you want to get shit done.
And if it's not too much to ask...
Could your personal life and professional life
be equally fulfilling and energizing?
But I know there is so much pressure as a rising leader.
You may be thinking any of these thoughts:
“I feel like I need to know all of the right answers and how to deal with every challenge that will come up before it happens so people will respect me and not think I’m an idiot!”
“I am so connected to the mission of what I’m doing, but the actual managing of a team requires skills I haven’t actually been taught. And what if that Boomer in the next office over doesn’t listen to me?”
“I know what kind of leader I don’t want to be, but what am I actually even good at? I’m an imposter.”
“I’m now in charge of people of all different ages, backgrounds, and cultures and it feels really overwhelming to get it right. We used to be able to go to happy hour together and work it out, but now I don’t feel like I can do that.”
“Every waking thought and moment is devoted to work and being a good leader, so now my personal life feels like it’s tanking. Which kind of makes me hate work too, which I don’t want to do.”
You’ve probably been to a conference before with your power suit on
and a huge stack of business cards.
And you kind of wish something existed that cared more about helping you level up your leadership and less about happy hours and business card collecting.
(Anyone else ever find a business card in their sock drawer 5 years later
and be like, what?!?!?)
But by the end, you had copies of pointless slide decks and no clue how to take action, a wad of business cards from people who don't really care about helping you thrive, and the serious doubt that this power suit actually does anything for you.
Well Now there is.

I mentioned it’s
free, right?
The last leadership conference I went to
cost me $350 to register, and I had to pay for my transportation, too.
And food.
And a new suit that didn’t flatter.
Illustrating Leadership is going to give you an action plan that you’ll actually want to do, though, and you can participate while you take a lunch break, walk your dog, or cook dinner. In your workout wear, business casual, or whatever this fall’s look is described as. (Anyone else relieved that after the long summer, we can start layering again?)

Ok, but why should I trust YOU to help me do this?
Fair question. Let me introduce myself…in the third person just so you know I’m very professional.
Jessica Wright, an ACC-credentialed Life & Career Development Coach, helps new and emerging leaders build confidence, lead with purpose, and create a lasting legacy—without sacrificing their personal lives.
With a Master’s in Transformational Leadership, Jessica helps leaders navigate the pressures of their roles, overcome burnout, and shows them how to redefine success on their own terms. She also speaks on topics such as self-awareness and sabotage, overcoming leadership loneliness, and using failure as a growth tool.
When she’s not coaching and podcasting, you can find her drinking coffee, baking vegan cupcakes, and/or trying to figure out what her naughty dachshund has done now.
I can’t wait for you to meet everyone attending and speaking at The Illustrating Leadership Summit. I’m honestly going to be nervous excited dancing around before and throughout the whole event.
But even more, I can’t wait to meet you. You’re about to turn your already great self into one POWERHOUSE of a Leader, and I am here for it.
